Ok, I bought a camera!
I didn’t get the Ricoh in the end, I went for the Lumix version of the Panasonic / Leica co-brand. Here is the first shot I’ve processed through it to test.
HOST gallery
HOST is a new gallery in Clerkenwell, London, focusing on documentary and narrative photography.
“HOST was launched on 18th October 2005, and is the brainchild of Adrian Evans and Jon Levy. Existing as an arena for photography in its many genres HOST will hang, project, print and show compelling photojournalism that inspires, excites, engages and informs its audience. HOST will use both new and old methods to convey stories in a gallery setting. It will showcase the highest standards of documentary and narrative photography produced with innovation and passion.”
A collaboration between Panos Pictures and 8 Magazine, HOST is at 1-5 Honduras Street, EC1Y 0TH and is open Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm.
